Intellectual Property

Under the terms of Law 17.336 on Intellectual Property* of the Republic of Chile, all intellectual property rights in the elements that make up the graphic design and functionality of the website are reserved, including menus, navigation buttons, the underlying computer code regardless of the programming language used (HTML, ASP.NET, JavaScript or Java applets, ActiveX controls, etc.), texts, images, textures, graphics and any other site content, unless explicitly mentioned in the pages of the site as being the intellectual property of other persons or entities, in which case such use or citation shall also conform to the precepts of the Law referred to above.

MediaMatrix E.I.R.L. reserves the rights to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, localize and globalize, render public, maintain, correct errors, transfer, sell, rent, lease and/or exercise any other intellectual property right that may apply to the contents of this website. Any exercise of the foregoing rights, regardless of the medium or the manner in which such rights are exercised, requires the prior written authorization of MediaMatrix E.I.R.L.

MediaMatrix E.I.R.L. declares that in the development of the business website and in that of all products and services offered by the business, use is made only of computer programs that are duly licensed under the terms required by their respective makers, suppliers or distributors, or programs in the category of 'open software' or otherwise exempt from licensing, or programs developed in-house by MediaMatrix E.I.R.L. or by its administrator who concedes their use by the business free of charge.

Under no circumstances shall MediaMatrix E.I.R.L. be held responsible for possible infringements of intellectual property committed by any user of the website
